How do payments work?
How do payments work? 
Flexii pays workers on the same day at the earliest. However, the payment cycle from you to Flexii is closing at the end of the month, payment at the end of the following month. Do I have to pay transportation expense to the workers?
Do I have to pay transportation expense to the workers? Not necessarily. You can choose whether you pay it or not when you post the shift. What if I want to hire the same worker after a shift?
What if I want to hire the same worker after a shift? We have a feature called "Favorite Group," where you can add workers who have previously worked with you. For future shifts, you can post jobs exclusively to this group. Who is allowed to work on Flexii?
Who is allowed to work on Flexii? All of the workers on our platform are either Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents in Singapore who are eligible to work as independent contractors (aka freelancers) in Singapore. They're typically experienced staff with full-time jobs looking to earn extra income by working additional shifts. Can I hire for full time positions after a shift?
Can I hire for full time positions after a shift? If you work with Workers and would like to hire them, feel free to ask them. You don't have to get our approval. Flexii doesn't need a fee. What if I cancel the shift after the worker applies for it?
What if I cancel the shift after the worker applies for it? The Businesses will be subjected to up to 4 hours of pay at the scheduled shift’s standard rate as a cancellation fee if they cancel the shift before 12 hours of the shift, and the below applies for the cancellation. Please take note the cancellation fee will be capped at the number of hours scheduled (e.g., for a 2-hour shift, the cancellation fee would be limited to 2 hours).・Between 48 hours and 36 hours before the shift - 1 hour of pay at the scheduled shift’s standard rate.
・Between 36 hours and 24 hours before the shift - 2 hours of pay at the scheduled shift’s standard rate.
・Between 24 hours and 12 hours before the shift - 3 hours of pay at the scheduled shift’s standard rate
